Refund Policy

Subscription model

Vanta Lead Systems plans (Lead Ignition, Pipeline Accelerator, and Vanta Closers System) are billed monthly in advance. Each billing period covers a full month of done-for-you setup, optimization, and reporting from our team.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time by emailing vantaleadsystems.ai@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your service continues until that date and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because work begins immediately upon purchase (ICP development, infrastructure setup, list building, and campaign launch), monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis where we have not delivered the deliverables described in your plan. To request a review, email vantaleadsystems.ai@gmail.com within 3 days of the charge with your account email and reason.

Our work guarantee

If you do not receive qualified conversations within 30 days of campaign launch on a paid plan, we will continue working free of charge until you do. This guarantee assumes you have provided the assets and approvals required for us to launch on time.

Chargebacks

Please contact vantaleadsystems.ai@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any concern quickly and directly.
