1. Agreement

We provide outbound lead-generation services including ICP development, prospect list building, cold email infrastructure setup, multi-channel outreach, and reporting, as described on the relevant pricing tier you purchase.
3. Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page and may be updated with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent periods. To cancel, email vantaleadsystems.ai@gmail.com.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you provide, for compliance with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL where applicable), and for handling replies to outreach campaigns where the plan does not include managed reply handling.
6. No Guaranteed Results
While we work to deliver qualified conversations and pipeline, results vary based on market, offer, and execution factors outside of our control. Any performance commitments must be stated in writing within your specific service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION].
